CKM Dezign is a UAE based company, founded and led by Constanze Kühn Meffen.
Constanze, a corporate commercial lawyer by profession, has been lucky to pursue her passion for interior design for many years and turn it into her main focus. She has been involved in and led the design of a rustic mountain weekend house and a new build beach side holiday retreat. She has overhauled different types of homes, from bachelor(ette) pads to elegant duplex apartments and family villas, and designed outdoor spaces of varying sizes, from high rise balconies and roof terraces to lush pool side gardens. She is currently helping an already beautiful restaurant to freshen up its look and feel, and a start-up restaurant with it’s design concept. She is also very excited to have completed the remodel of a four bedroom villa with a private pool in the Dubai Marina area and see the property listed with Christie’s International Real Estate Dubai.
In her design work, Constanze draws not only from what you dream of and require, but also the inspirations she has been lucky to gather through her extensive travels over the past 30 or so years. Her own natural style is probably best described as East meets West with an elegant Wabi Sabi aesthetic, preferring neutral colour palettes and the use of sustainable and natural materials, such as wood and stone, as the backdrop for stunning designs. Constanze is able to create alluring, intentional living and business spaces, aimed at creating emotional and behavioral benefits, to suit most desired tastes.
