Formerly dark and outdated, now a sleek Art Deco inspired inner city residence that enjoys water views, a private pool and large patio garden area. Given its location, we decided to go with a Miami South Beach Art Deco vibe. A cosy living area with a bespoke cream Bouclé couch and matching chairs fills one part of the large open living/dining room and is flanked by two beautiful royal blue Art Deco built-in bookshelves. The dining area, which easily sits 12, opens up to the patio and pool area with large sliders on either side, making for a true indoor-outdoor lifestyle.
