What was supposed to be a simple kitchen upgrade became a full renovation of the entire duplex, including renewal of the AC system, removal of a wall to open the kitchen to the living and dining room, new floors, ceilings, bathrooms, repainting and tiling of balcony and roof terrace, with various upgrades to the drainage system and an upgrade of a half to a full bathroom.
